Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Nehir, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered smoothly, with a focus on quality and customer sartisfaction.
Orders placed on our plaƞorm are typically processed within 2 business days.
Products are usually delivered to your doorstep within 2 to 6 business days.
In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email or phone on the contact details provided during checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email confirmation with tracking details & delivery partner. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner may contact you to confirm your availability.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, either from you or someone authorized by you.
In case delivery attempts (up to 2) fail or the address provided is incorrect, the order may be cancelled and a refund will be initated as per our refund terms.
Storage Disclaimer
Once the product is delivered, please store it as per the instructions mentioned on the packaging. Nehir will not be liable return/replacement for any quality loss due to improper storage post-delivery.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement if:
The item received is physically damaged
The item is defective or expired
The item is different from what was ordered or described
To request a refund or replacement and to report damage please:
1. Email us at within 24 hours of vrs.nehir@gmail.com receiving the product
2. Share an unboxing video and the invoice/receipt with your claim
Refund Conditions:
Your claim will be verified by our support team.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days
Note:
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
Product damage due to incorrect storage post-delivery
Delay in reporting the issue (beyond 24 hours after delivery)
